The Programme

Week 1 - An introduction to somatic healing, the autonomic nervous system and the mind body connection, from the perspective of how we can use this to help people heal on a profound level

Week 2 - I'll walk you through some Somatic Healing Techniques based on Somatic Experiencing and share how to bring these into your client sessions. This will also include teachings on reading your clients' hand gestures & body language is why this is such a vital element of this work

Week 3 - Discovering the Emotional Root Cause: We will explore unresolved trauma, the mind body connection and  how this can be linked to your clients gut & skin issues, chronic illness, physical symptoms or autoimmune conditions

Week 4 - We will explore Parts Work and discover teachings from Internal Family Systems & Compassionate Inquiry. I'll share how I blend this with the Somatic Healing Techniques covered in Week 2 to create a powerful healing combination for clients. 

Week 5 - The importance of using your intuition in somatic healing. Explore how to guide your client to where they need to be during sessions, knowing what speed to go at, the 'less is more and slower is faster' approach, as well as discussing client safety in depth. 

You will also have the chance to connect with the other people in the programme, during the calls and outside of the calls.  You'll be able to share thoughts and wisdom and make friends for life with people who share similar passions and purposes in life. 

All live calls will be recorded and available for replay, with lifetime access.
